How the Development Fits the Landscape
This is the space to introduce the Project section. Give a brief overview of the types of projects featured below.

Survey-Informed Site Modelling
We started by converting detailed survey data into a 3D model, accurately mapping terrain, existing buildings, and trees. This ensures every design decision fits the real-world landscape.

Positioned with Precision
The proposed homes were placed to scale within the existing environment. This allows us to test visibility, relationships, and flow—making sure the new fits with the familiar.

Blended with Nature
We layered in both existing and future greenery. Mature trees remain untouched. New planting is designed to screen and soften, helping the homes feel like they’ve always been here.

Low-Impact Perspectives
From every angle, the three-storey element (Building A) is discreetly tucked behind natural features. Whether viewed from the lane, footpath, or entrance, the development sits gently in the landscape.
-
South: Building A hidden by hedgerows
-
West A/B: 70m+ buffer to boundary
-
South-West: Screened by existing planting
-
East: Minimal impact from entrance view

Key Plans & Elevation Sections
Our sectional views confirm the scale and elevation of each structure—ensuring nothing dominates the skyline. This is careful development, shaped by the land, not imposed on it.
